Product Return Policy:

Top Notch Jewelers is committed to complete customer satisfaction. Top Notch Jewelers takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured in our state of the art facility, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online for any reason at all; Top Notch Jewelers will refund that purchase within 15 days from the original purchase date. Shipping costs will be deducted from amount of refund. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.

Please insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Top Notch Jewelers is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Top Notch Jewelers will process your return upon receipt of the package. Top Notch Jewelers must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15-day period.

Exchange Policy:

All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any item may be exchanged within 30 days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the exchange.
